Susan Windle
General Manager – Legacy Village

Susan Windle is the General Manager of Legacy Village and has been with First Interstate since the summer of 2004. Susan has over 25 years of experience in retail marketing, property management, and special event planning. When not managing Legacy Village, Susan enjoys traveling, running and fitness, discovering new places to go in Cleveland, time with friends and family, and hanging out with her golden retriever, Henry.



Laura Dvozenja
Office Assistant- Legacy Village

Laura Dvozenja is the Office Assistant for Legacy Village Management. She joined First Interstate Properties in 2018 and supports the General Manager, the Operations Manager, and the Marketing Team as well as provides service to guests of Legacy Village.


Tony Hinton
Operations Manager – Legacy Village

Tony Hinton joined the First Interstate team in March of 2021. He is the Operations Manager for Legacy Village and is responsible for the center’s maintenance and daily operations. In his free time, Tony enjoys playing any sort of game, puzzles, swimming, Mountain Dew, and making people laugh.



Holly Duns

Holly Duns is the Director of Marketing at Legacy Village and is responsible for leading the marketing efforts that include the development of special events, promotions, entertainment, community and media relations, sponsorship generation, short term leasing, marketplace analysis, and advertising.



Miranda Young
Special Events and Marketing Specialist – Legacy Village

Miranda Young started as the Special Events and Marketing Specialist for Legacy Village in April 2022. She plans, executes, and supervises special events and property-wide promotions. Miranda graduated from the University of Mount Union and previously worked for the Cleveland Zoological Society. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, traveling and reading.
