Parking Garage

Check out the 5-story parking garage located behind the Main Building. Garage parking is complimentary, and there is easy access via an enclosed pass-thru to the the great shopping and dining here at Legacy Village.  The parking garage is also a very short walk from the Hyatt Place Hotel and offers EV charging stations

ParkMobile Street Parking

Legacy Village has introduced ParkMobile, a convenient mobile parking payment platform designed to modernize the parking experience and provide guests with a more seamless way to shop, dine, and explore the property.

Parking spaces along Main Street are now equipped with ParkMobile signage, replacing traditional coin-operated meters. Guests can conveniently pay for parking directly from their smartphones using the ParkMobile app.

How It Works

1. Download the App: Download the ParkMobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. 2. Enter Your Zone: Locate the ParkMobile zone number displayed on nearby parking signage and enter it into the app. 3. Select Your Parking Duration: Choose your parking duration, up to a maximum of one hour, and complete payment directly through the app. 4. Enjoy Legacy Village: Once payment is confirmed, enjoy convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Parking Rates & Guidelines

• Parking Rate: $1.55 per hour, inclusive of ParkMobile transaction fees. • Location: Designated metered parking spaces along Main Street. • Parking Restrictions: Spaces are reserved exclusively for short-term customer parking. Complimentary Parking: All surface parking lots and parking garages at Legacy Village remain free of charge, providing guests with convenient parking options throughout the property. Parking for a Purpose — Change for Charity At Legacy Village, parking serves a greater purpose. All parking fees collected by Legacy Village are donated to the Change for Charity program, supporting local charitable organizations and community initiatives. By utilizing ParkMobile, guests can enjoy a more convenient parking experience while contributing to meaningful causes throughout the community.
