Susan Windle is the General Manager of Legacy Village and has been with First Interstate since the summer of 2004. Susan has over 25 years of experience in retail marketing, property management, and special event planning. When not managing Legacy Village, Susan enjoys traveling, running and fitness, discovering new places to go in Cleveland, time with friends and family, and hanging out with her golden retriever, Henry.
Annie Ames

Annie Ames joined Legacy Village in February 2026 as the Assistant General Manager, bringing nearly a decade of property management experience across the New York and Chicago markets. She has a strong background in operations, tenants relations, project management, and asset performance. Outside of work, Annie enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling and staying active.
Tony Hinton
Operations Manager – Legacy Village

Tony Hinton joined the First Interstate team in March of 2021. He is the Operations Manager for Legacy Village and is responsible for the center’s maintenance and daily operations. In his free time, Tony enjoys playing any sort of game, puzzles, swimming, Mountain Dew, and making people laugh.
Miranda Young
Marketing Manager – Legacy Village

Miranda Young started as the Special Events and Marketing Specialist for Legacy Village in April 2022. She plans, executes, and supervises special events and property-wide promotions. In 2024, she was promoted to Marketing Manager and now oversees all event and marketing efforts for the property. Miranda graduated from the University of Mount Union and previously worked for the Cleveland Zoological Society. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, traveling and reading.
