Legacy Village COVID-19 Update

A note to our customers:

As the state of Ohio takes steps to restart the economy, Legacy Village remains committed to the wellness of our customers, tenants, employees and the communities we serve. Our management team continues to monitor information issued by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local government officials on a frequent basis.

As we work toward being able to shop, eat, play and stay safely together again, our hearts go out to those directly affected by this pandemic, as well those supporting and caring for all of us in so many ways.  We are grateful beyond words to those on the front lines who are working tirelessly to keep us all safe. Thank you to the medical workers, first responders, pharmacists, utility workers, non-profit workers, grocery employees, mail carriers and delivery personnel, city workers, farmers, and essential personnel in all aspects of life who continue to go above and beyond.

We continue to prioritize the support of our restaurants and retailers while they move forward with individualized reopening plans.  We encourage you  to reach out to restaurants and retailers you plan on visiting directly, to determine their operating hours.

The State of Ohio has established certain protocols for the Responsible RestartOhio program. As of July 8 at 6 p.m., face masks are required in all public spaces in Cuyahoga County, including Legacy Village. For more details on the mask mandate, please click here. We ask that you continue following social distancing guidelines and additional recommended safe practices while you are at Legacy Village. For more information on what this might entail, please visit here.

As part of our efforts to address the COVID-19 outbreak, we will continue our heightened cleaning and sanitizing practices throughout the property, and are following guidelines provided by the (CDC) and direction from federal, state and local government agencies.

All of our signature events, other than the North Union Farmers Market and Yoga in the Village, have been cancelled through the end of the summer season. If we decide to add any additioanl events this fall, they will be posted on the “PLAY” section of the website.  The potential for fall events will be contingent upon the evolution of the virus and guidance of governmental officials.

Legacy Village wants our customers to stay safe and healthy and we ask that you observe our Code of Conduct, updated store hours, our Safety Protocol Policy  and all social distancing recommendations by the State of Ohio and the CDC.

The Legacy Village Management team is ready to serve you and our Security team is also reachable 24-hours, 7 days a week. Security can be reached at 440-343-8043 or visit legacy-village.com for more information.

Northeast Ohio as a whole represents the epitome of strength, resilience and perseverance. As a proud member of the Greater Cleveland community, we believe that will carry us through this pandemic- because as we all know- Clevelanders stick together, even when we are apart.
